1. All information & documents submitted with "Application Form" by the applicant is only to evaluate eligibility Criteria for setting up MEE Fuel station.

2. Submission of application form does not construe award of MEE Fuel Station dealership.

3. Incomplete Application Forms will not considered & accepted by MY OWN ECO ENERGY PVT.LTD.

4. To complete the application process, a One-time non-refundable application fee of Rs. 5900/-(Rs.5000+GST Charges+Transaction Charges(if applicable)) are payable.

5.Letter of Appointment (LOA) will be issued only after due verification of application form and documents submitted by the applicant.

6.Once LOA is issued, applicant is legally bound to launch Fuel Station and cannot withdraw at any stage.

7. On successful issuance of Letter of Appointment (LOA), the applicant has to pay Rs.10,00,000/- + applicable taxes within 10 working days. The breakup for Rs.10,00,000/- + applicable taxes is described below: Rs. 3,00,000/- + applicable taxes is non-refundable. Rs. 7,00,000/- + applicable taxes as refundable security deposit which is refundable on successful completion of contract period only.

8.Please note that no cash transactions are allowed between the applicant and MOEEPL’s employee/s or any third party directly or indirectly for setting up MEE fuel station.

9.Post issuance of the Letter of Appointment (LOA) applicant is required to commence the entire civil work for the fuel station as mandated in MOEEPL Project guidelines & in the mean time also issue Financial Bank Guarantee (FBG) /Stand By Letter of Credit (SBLC) of Rs. 30,00,000/- in favor of MOEEPL.

10.The Applicant must obtain all necessary NOCs & permissions (NHAI, Fire Dept. etc.) for setting up fuel station.

11.All the equipments ? for setting up the fuel station must be procured by the Applicant from MOEEPL. No equipment for fuel station to be procured from any third party. A normative cost for equipment Six percent (6%) per annum will be paid taking yearly depreciation into account. Equipment’s like Tank, Dispensing Unit, pipeline etc. Pay-out shall be subject to target achievement and pay out shall happen quarterly.

12.The equipments will be installed at the Applicants site only after all the necessary NOCs, permissions are obtained & the civil work is completed. The status of the afore-mentioned will be verified by the team instituted by MOEEPL.

13.The fuel station commissioning process will be completed post the "Check List for commissioning" is uploaded through dealer log in and bears the digital signatures of the Concern department (Finance, HR, Project, Legal and Mraketing) along with photographs of the site.

14.Applicant must enter into a Land Lease Agreement/Sub-lease agreement with MOEEPL on mutually agreed terms and conditions. (a)  Post fulfilment of payment terms as mentioned in LOA (b)  MOEEPL will reimburse 50% of the cost of lease agreement’s stamp duty and / or registration charges after receipt of the required document proving payment of stamp duty and registration charges for lease agreement being completed.

15.The mutually decided lease rental will start only from the date of commencement.

16.The final selection of applicant is purely at the discretion of MOEEPL.

17.MOEEPL is not mandated to give any reason(s) or explanations in case of selection or rejection of the application.

18.MOEEPL shall take reasonable steps to keep the information & documents submitted by applicant as confidential except otherwise the demand of disclosure is from governmental authorities or court of law.

19.MOEEPL shall have the right to forfeit or adjust the whole or part of my/our Security Deposit with them in the manner they may deem fit.

20.Agreeing to the above terms and conditions will allow MOEEPL to run credit history check and desired background checks of the applicant.

21.Please do not share your Dealer user ID and password. MOEEPL will not be accountable for any dispute arising due to the erroneous usage of the dealer account caused due to sharing of login id and password to a third party.
