We may automatically collect website use information when you visit our Sites and/or mobile app user information after you download our Mobile APPS. If you opt out of receiving promotional communications from us, we may still send you non-promotional communications such as emails about your accounts or our ongoing business relations.

Each browser is a little different, so look at your browser Help menu to learn the correct way to modify your cookie settings. If you choose to remove or reject cookies, it will affect many features or Services on our Sites.

Further, you can choose to withdraw your consent to the use / disclosure/ retention of such information. In such a case, however the Company will have the option not to provide the goods or services, for the provision of which, the consent to use the information was sought.

About Your Account

MEE Website /MEE Mobile APPS allows you to load a rupee value onto your MEE Website account /MEE Mobile APPS account for use at MEE retail outlets & AOD. MEE Website/APPS can be used in India only in MEE retail outlets located in India.

The rupee value that you load onto your MEE website account/MEE Mobile APPS account is a prepayment only for purchasing the product (Indizel) and availing the services of MEE in India unless otherwise specified. MEE website account/MEE Mobile APPS account can be loaded online (MEE Website & MEE Mobile APPS) by Net-banking /Credit Card / Debit Card/UPI/Phone Pay/S.N.I.P or offline (Point of Sale Electronic Data Capture machines) by Cash/Credit Card / Debit Card by visiting any of the MEE Retail outlets located in India.

MEE website account/MEE Mobile APPS account can be loaded online using either Cash / Credit Card / Debit Card/UPI/Phone Pay/S.N.I.P at any of the MEE Retail store or through MEE Website & MEE Mobile APPS.

For an up-to date list of Retail outlets that accept the payment through MEE Website & MEE Mobile APPS, call 18602660010 or visit our website www.myecoenergy.in or check the MEE Website & MEE Mobile APPS. Further, misuse of the MEE website account/MEE Mobile APPS account or its benefits in any manner may result in the termination of the account and/or withdrawal of benefits under the same at the sole discretion of MEE. You will only be able to protect the balance of your MEE website account/MEE Mobile APPS account by registering it on www.myecoenergy.in or on the MEE Mobile APPS.

Loading Value on Your Card

MEE website account/MEE Mobile APPS account can be loaded online (MEE Website & MEE Mobile APPS) by Net-banking /Credit Card / Debit Card/UPI/Phone Pay/S.N.I.P or offline (Point of Sale Electronic Data Capture machines) by Cash/Credit Card / Debit Card by visiting any of the MEE Retail outlets located in India. MEE website/MEE Mobile APPS must be used as a mode of payment, whenever the MEE website account/MEE Mobile APPS account -holder visits the MEE Retail outlet. The balance on the MEE website account/MEE Mobile APPS account does not have a validity or expiry period. No credit card, credit line, overdraft protection or deposit account is associated with a MEE website account/MEE Mobile APPS account. The balance loaded onto your MEE website account/MEE Mobile APPS account may not be exchanged for cash or credit balance unless required by law in India. No interest, dividends or any other earnings on funds deposited to a MEE website account/MEE Mobile APPS account will accrue or be paid or credited to you by MEE.

All amounts loaded onto your MEE website account/MEE Mobile APPS account are held and denominated in Indian Rupees. The balance shown on your receipt will be in the Indian Rupees. Transactions that occur on our website/mobile apps are denominated in Indian Rupees.

Fees and Expiration of MEE website account/MEE Mobile APPS account

MEE does not charge any fees for the registration, activation, use or reloading of your MEE website account/MEE Mobile APPS account. Your MEE website account/MEE Mobile APPS account has no expiration date.

Receipts and Statements

MEE website account/MEE Mobile APPS account holders are sent statements of itemized transactions on their registered email id from a MEE website account/MEE Mobile APPS account You can check the balance of your MEE website account/MEE Mobile APPS account or review recent transactions on your MEE website account/MEE Mobile APPS account at www.myecoenergy.in/card or on the MEE Mobile APPS. You will need to have your MEE website account/MEE Mobile APPS account available in order to make purchases for the product (Indizel) and availing the services at MEE Retail outlets in India.

Billing Errors, Corrections

We reserve the right to correct the balance of your MEE website account/MEE Mobile APPS account if we believe that a clerical, billing or accounting error has occurred. If you have questions regarding your transaction history or any correction, or if you dispute any transaction or correction that has been assessed against your MEE website account/MEE Mobile APPS account, please email to us at support@mee.com. We will conduct an investigation and communicate the results and correct any error that we verify as soon as we complete the investigation. If no error was found, we will communicate an explanation to you. We shall have no liability for any billing error unless you provide to us notice within 60 days of the date of the transaction in question. You are requested to monitor your transactions and account balances accurately.

Registration, Liability for Unauthorized Transactions

To register in MEE website /MEE Mobile APPS, please visit www.myecoenergy.in or use the MEE Mobile APPS.

You are responsible for all transactions associated with your MEE website account/MEE Mobile APPS account, including unauthorized transactions.

Blocking of MEE website account/MEE Mobile APPS account:

MEE reserves the right to block your MEE website account/MEE Mobile APPS account and/or discontinue, if MEE determines or observes in its sole discretion that there has been any fraudulent or unauthorized activities on MEE website account/MEE Mobile APPS account.

Please read the Privacy Policy carefully to understand how the Company collects, uses and discloses personally identifiable information from its users. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms of Use.

Site Disclaimer

The materials and information on the Sites may include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. The materials, information and services on the Sites are provided “as is” without any conditions, warranties or other terms of any kind. You are granted a limited, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Sites and Site Materials for personal, informational and shopping purposes only. You may not use any trademark, service mark, domain name, logo, company name, trade name or indicia of origin of the Company, MEE, or any third party without permission from the owner of the applicable trademark, service mark, domain name, logo, company name, trade name or indicia of origin. Restrictions on Use

The Company does not control, take responsibility for or assume liability for any User Content posted, stored or uploaded by you or any third party, or for any loss or damage thereto, nor is the Company liable for any user conduct or any mistakes, defamation, slander, libel, omissions, falsehoods, obscenity, pornography or profanity you may encounter. The interactive areas are generally designed as open and public community areas for connecting and sharing with other people. When you participate in these areas, you understand that certain information and content you choose to post may be displayed publicly. You are solely responsible for your use of the Sites and agree to use the interactive areas at your own risk.

License to User Content

Refund & Cancellation AOD

Once the product (Indizel) is sold, customer assumes the responsibility for his purchase, and no refunds will be issued.

As, a customer you are responsible for understanding the above while purchasing the product (Indizel) through MEE Web-site/MEE APPS. Please note that our product is offered on behalf of our company and refund is not applicable for AOD purchase.

However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with-regards to the character of the product we supply. Therefore, we do honor requests for the refund on the following grounds:

Order Cancellation by MEE

a. In event of any natural calamities, transport strike or any unforeseeable circumstances that leads to failure in delivery of fuel on the scheduled date, a new date of delivery will be scheduled. However, in case of failure to deliver fuel on the rescheduled date than the order deems to be cancelled and the amount paid will be refunded to customer’s in form of bank transfer or in form of credit note/points in the customer MEE wallet account.

Order Cancellation by Customer

a. Order cancellation before the dispatch of the product (Indizel), the customer will have to bear convenience charges as per the company policy & balance amount will be refunded to customer’s in form of bank transfer or in form of credit note/points* in the customer MEE wallet account.

b. Order cancellation after product (Indizel) is dispatched & is in transit, customer will have to bear the transportation cost (RTKM) and convenience charges as per the company policy & balance amount will be refunded to customer’s in form of bank transfer or in form of credit note/points* in the customer MEE wallet account.

c. Order cancellation once the product (Indizel) reaches the customer’s premises, then the customer will have to bear the transportation cost (RTKM) and convenience charges as per the company policy & balance amount will be refunded to customer’s in form of bank transfer or in form of credit note/points* in the customer MEE wallet account.

*Refund made in form of credit note/points will be added to customer’s MEE Account which could be redeemed on next order.

Refunds in case of above circumstances will be initiated only after acceptance of cancellation request by the company.

The customer will have to make a request for refund along with the transaction number and original payment receipt if any generated at the time of making payments.

Post validation of the refund request, confirmation of the same will be sent to the mailing address given in the online registration form, within a period of 7-10 calendar days on receipt of such claim.
