Eligibility Criteria
My Eco energy has a transparent, seamless and quick enrolment & commissioning process. We do not have a tender-led selection method. If your financial criteria and land meets our requirements, we issue a letter of appointment in your name and you shall become a proud dealer of MEE.
Below are the criteria which your land should fulfil for lease
- Clear title of the land
- The offered premises should either be owned or on long lease in the advertised location/area in the name of the entity for the period as stated in the advertisement.
- Applicants having Firm Offer in the name of the entity for suitable premises for purchase or long-term lease for the period as stated in the advertisement
- Size of land
- For Type 1 model
- Minimum 30 x 30 m. area in a town or city
- For Type 2 model
- Minimum 40 x 40 m. area near State Highways, Rural & Small-Town roads
- Minimum 45 x 45 m. area near National Highways
- Entry and Exit points on the road with drive through space
- For Type 1 model
Below are KYC & Financial document Requirement:
- Identity proof and Address proof
- Individual
- Photo ID proof (Any ID proof issued by Central/ State Govt for e.g. PAN Card/ Aadhar Card/ Passport/ Driving License etc)
- Address proof (Any address proof issued by Central/ State Govt for e.g. latest Utility bill/ Passport)
- In case of Company/ Trust:
- Identity proof – PAN Card & Certificate of Incorporation containing Company Identification (CIN)
- Address proof of Company (latest utility bill/ rent agreement/ bank Statement
- 3 years IT returns (for individual)
- 3 years Brief business profile of existing business(s)
- Audited financials of last 3 years
- Income Tax Returns of last 3 years, Chartered Account Certified Net worth certificate of last 3 years
- Bank Statement of last 6 months
- Bank Certificate for conduct of account (for Company/ Partnership Firm/ Partner/ Directors
